Our commitment to financial honesty
We are an early-stage organisation. We say that clearly — because trust in financial management matters more than appearing bigger than we are.
CAID Foundation is currently funded through founder support. We have not yet received institutional grants or public donations. As a Section 8 company under the Companies Act 2013, we are subject to all statutory compliance requirements — including annual financial statements, statutory audits (once required), and ROC filings.
We maintain proper books of accounts managed by a qualified CA. All transactions are conducted through our registered bank account. No cash handling outside the accounting system. As we scale, our financial systems will scale with us — and we will publish annual reports covering both program and financial performance.
We'd rather show you a small, verified number than a large, unverifiable one. Financial integrity is how we earn trust, not a box we tick to stay compliant.

All funds managed through a dedicated organisational bank account — no personal accounts used for organisational transactions.

Books of accounts maintained by a qualified CA with proper documentation for all expenditures.

Annual returns and statutory filings submitted to Registrar of Companies as required under Companies Act 2013.

Approved by the Income Tax Department. URN: ABCCB0832C24PT01, valid Assessment Years 2026–27 to 2030–31. Exempts the organisation from tax on surplus income.
Approved80G Registration
Approved. URN: ABCCB0832C24PT02, valid Assessment Years 2026–27 to 2030–31. Donors receive a tax deduction under Section 80G on donations made to CAID Foundation.

We will publish an annual report every year covering program outcomes, financial performance, and governance disclosures — accessible to anyone who wants to review it.
External Audits
We will commission an independent statutory audit as soon as our funding warrants it — and make audit reports available to all funding partners.
Donor Reporting
Every partner who supports CAID Foundation will receive regular, honest program and financial updates — structured to the partner's needs and preferences.
