Our First Community Learning Centre

In FY 2023–24, our first Community Learning Centre began running in Amrapara Santhali Gram Panchayat — regular after-school reading, writing, and mathematics sessions for enrolled children, run entirely by community volunteers, with no external funding.

Household Survey Across 9 Villages

Before any classes began, volunteers completed a household survey across our nine intervention villages — identifying children who needed academic support and understanding each family's circumstances. This survey shaped everything that followed.

Woven Into Every Home Visit

In FY 2023–24, health and nutrition weren't run as separate camps or sessions — they came up naturally during our regular household visits, where volunteers discussed hygiene, child health, and food habits directly with parents.
